With more than three decades in operation, New York City-based Central Consulting & Contracting, Inc. is a leading construction services firm specializing in the development of healthcare facilities. Central’s team includes experts in construction management, general contracting, design-build, and project management.

Through its subsidiary Deluxe Modular, iBUILT is one of America’s largest and longest operating all-steel volumetric modular manufacturers. Headquartered in Pennsylvania, the company has been the country’s premier one-stop-shop for large scale, off-site, steel modular construction for more than 50 years. Its fully-integrated systems-built process continues to be at the forefront of innovative, volumetric construction.

Unlike other modular firms, Modular MD boasts a diverse team of experts across industries—prefab construction and healthcare services—that understands the nuances of a 21st-century healthcare facility, how to comply with regulations, and how to customize projects based on a medical provider’s specific needs.

By integrating our experience in facilities planning, design, and controlled factory-based construction, Modular MD delivers the unmatched combination of quality, speed to market, cost savings, and the flexibility to scale as your needs evolve. And because Modular MD construction is safer, less wasteful, more considerate of the environment, and significantly less risky and disruptive to your patients and operations, it is a far more responsible way for your organization to build.
